Frequently asked questions

How these demos relate to the systems we build for clients.

Is this dashboard connected to a real project?

No. Every figure and room on this page is synthetic demonstration data. Client deployments read the live Revit federated model, dRofus records and equipment schedule for the actual project, and cite the specific AUSHFG Standard Component drawings and clauses. We keep this demo deliberately generic and never publish client project statistics without permission.

What is the audit actually comparing?

For every room in the project register we resolve the governing AUSHFG Standard Component and the dRofus room data sheet, then check the Revit model line by line: net area against Schedule of Accommodation, clearances against SC drawings, sanitary fixtures and grab rails against fitting schedules, FF&E against the equipment register, and services (medical gases, nurse call, ICT, power) against Part E. Each result cites the SC drawing and clause it was checked against.

How does this handle changes to the brief or the model?

The pipeline runs continuously. When dRofus is updated, the affected checks re-run against the current model. When the model is republished to the common data environment, the checks re-run against the current brief. The gap register is always aligned to the most recent published data on both sides, and every result is timestamped and traceable to the source record.

Does this replace the compliance team?

No. It gives the compliance and design teams a continuously updated, evidence-backed shortlist of what to review, instead of them re-deriving it by hand from Revit, dRofus and AUSHFG on every design freeze. Sign-off decisions stay with the project team, and every automated check remains reviewable against the source SC drawing.
