Model Health Dashboard

A demonstration of the portfolio business intelligence GIRIH X builds for owners and government clients: ISO 19650 federation health, clash matrices, publication cadence and information delivery drawn from common data environment metadata across an entire project portfolio. All data below is synthetic.

Published

What this demonstrates

Portfolio BIM business intelligence. A standing owner dashboard over the portfolio's CDE, replacing monthly PDF reports with live federation health, coordination and information-delivery intelligence per ISO 19650.

Synthetic demo data. Client deployments read live CDE, coordination and issue data.

Where this data comes from

Illustrative pipeline for a production deployment

Federated CDE (ACC / BIM 360 / Trimble Connect)

Model containers, versions, state and publication metadata across the portfolio

Coordination platform (Navisworks / Revizto / Solibri)

Clash tests, issue registers and rule-based model audits

RFI + issue register (BIM Track / ACC Issues)

Ageing, discipline and linked model elements

ISO 19650 codification + LOIN specification

Naming rules, EIR, MIDP/TIDP and level-of-information-need per stage

Portfolio BI pipeline

  1. 1Sync CDE metadata, coordination exports and issue registers nightly
  2. 2Normalise containers against ISO 19650 codification and LOIN
  3. 3Score federation, coordination and information delivery per project
  4. 4Publish a portfolio dashboard that refreshes as consultants publish

Output

Portfolio model-health dashboard

Standing ISO 19650 model health, coordination and delivery intelligence across the portfolio, refreshed as the CDE updates

Illustrative pipeline. Coverage grows as more of the portfolio's CDE and coordination data is connected.

Scores aggregate CDE state, codification, LOIN, warnings and coordination for each container. Values refresh when consultants publish through the CDE.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How these demos relate to the systems we build for clients.

Is this dashboard showing a real portfolio?

No. Every project, score, warning and clash figure here is synthetic and named generically. Client dashboards run over that organisation's own portfolio, with real project codes, live CDE metadata and model health metrics drawn from the ACC, BIM 360, Trimble Connect or equivalent environment.

What does an owner or government client actually inherit?

A standing dashboard over the portfolio's common data environment: federation health per project and discipline, ISO 19650 codification and LOIN scoring, coordination clash matrices, RFI ageing, publication cadence, and COBie / asset data readiness. It refreshes automatically as consultants and contractors publish, and replaces the PDF reports and spreadsheets traditionally compiled and circulated monthly.

How does this map to ISO 19650?

The metrics map directly to the information management practices ISO 19650 expects: codification compliance against the project's naming rules, CDE state progression from work-in-progress through shared to published, level-of-information-need against the stage requirement, TIDP / MIDP delivery, and coordination health across the federated model. The dashboard gives an owner ongoing assurance rather than a point-in-time audit.

Does this need every consultant on board from day one?

No. It ingests whatever CDE and coordination data is already flowing from consultants and contractors, and its coverage grows as more of the portfolio is connected. Owners get portfolio-wide visibility that used to require chasing status updates project by project.

Want this for your products?

Everything in the Playground is built with the same stack we deploy for clients: configurators driven by real product masters, planners connected to BIM data, and AR experiences served straight from the product catalogue.
