Precast Tracker

Track a precast data centre shell as it is built. Scrub or play the programme and watch every column, tilt-up panel and roof plank move from planned to fabricated, delivered and installed against the model, with the status report recalculating live, the same construction tracking we deploy on data centre builds.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How these demos relate to the systems we build for clients.

What is a precast construction tracker?

A live link between the precast model and site progress. Every column, tilt-up panel and roof plank carries a status, from planned through fabricated and delivered to installed, and the 3D model shows exactly what is built and what is coming. It replaces spreadsheet trackers and marked-up PDFs with a single visual source of truth.

Is this connected to a real project?

No, the sequence and dates here are synthetic. In client deployments the tracker reads the precast fabrication schedule, delivery dockets and site progress captures and reconciles them against the Revit model, so status updates as the yard fabricates and the site installs.

Why does this matter on data centre builds?

Data centre shells are highly repetitive precast structures on compressed programmes. A tracker gives the owner, builder and precaster a shared, current picture of fabrication and install progress, so delivery sequencing and crane bookings stay ahead of the works instead of reacting to them.

Can it produce reports?

Yes. The status report here recalculates live and exports to PDF. Production trackers feed the same data into progress claims, look-ahead programmes and owner dashboards.
