4D Sequencing Simulator

Link the model to the programme and press play. Watch the build rise week by week, from excavation through substructure, superstructure, envelope and fitout, with a live Gantt tracking each phase, the same 4D sequencing we deliver in Synchro and Navisworks.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How these demos relate to the systems we build for clients.

What is 4D construction sequencing?

Linking the 3D model to the construction programme so the build plays back over time. Each task drives the elements it delivers, so you can see the structure rise week by week, rehearse high-risk activities and test whether the sequence is actually buildable before anyone is on site.

Is this a real programme?

The tasks and durations here are a synthetic illustration. In client work the sequence is linked to the real programme in Synchro or Navisworks, with tasks mapped to model elements so the 4D stays in step with the master schedule.

How does this help on accelerated builds?

Data centre and infrastructure programmes are compressed and coordination-heavy. A 4D model exposes clashes in time as well as space, checks crane and laydown logistics against the sequence, and gives everyone a shared, visual understanding of the plan.

Can it produce a schedule?

Yes. The phase schedule here exports to PDF with each task's window and current progress. Production 4D links directly to the programme file so the model and the schedule are never out of sync.

Want this for your products?

Everything in the Playground is built with the same stack we deploy for clients: configurators driven by real product masters, planners connected to BIM data, and AR experiences served straight from the product catalogue.
