GIRIH X delivered a multi-phase automation program for a major hospital project, developing tools that cross-check dRofus brief data against design models and produce Power BI dashboards highlighting compliance gaps. The scope included automated room data validation against Australian Health Facility Guidelines.

We expanded to AI-driven design assistants and cloud-based Autodesk DataExchange integration for BIM Data into automated compliance validations. An AI assistant specialist agent was implemented to answer complex project-specific design queries, reducing manual lookup time for design managers.
