Applied innovation across the AEC and manufacturing stack.

Five practice areas, one operating model: governed digital systems that turn complex workflows into measurable, repeatable delivery. Choose the discipline relevant to your challenge, or talk to us about a combined engagement.

Design & Delivery Automation

Design & Delivery Automation

Pipelines, plugins and AI agents that compress delivery time.

Bespoke Revit plugins, pyRevit toolbars, Dynamo and Grasshopper scripting, AI compliance agents, BI dashboards and standalone tools that turn manual coordination work into governed, repeatable production pipelines.

BIM/VDC & Coordination

BIM/VDC & Coordination

ISO 19650 information delivery and federated coordination.

End-to-end BIM management, multi-discipline clash detection, BEPs and information delivery plans, common data environment configuration, point cloud verification, 4D sequencing and CAD-to-BIM migration.

Product Digitisation

Product Digitisation

One governed source. Every channel a manufacturer needs.

Production-grade BIM content, ShapeDiver 3D configurators, BIMobject publishing, AR and 360 experiences, Signature Product Imagery and PIM/DAM integration: a single source of truth driving every specification and sales channel.

Complex Geometry & DfMA

Complex Geometry & DfMA

Make complex form buildable, fabricable and cost-controlled.

Facade rationalisation, parametric optimisation, kit-of-parts logic, prefabrication-ready modules and fabrication-grade outputs from Rhino, Grasshopper and Rhino.Inside.Revit pipelines.

Digital Experience Systems

Digital Experience Systems

From business website to BIM-connected platform.

Fast-launch business websites, product configurators, AI knowledge agents, customer portals, BIM-connected web platforms, digital twin dashboards and end-to-end digital ecosystems for AEC and manufacturing businesses.

Not sure which service fits your challenge?

Most engagements combine two or more practice areas. Tell us the outcome you need and we will scope the smallest first deployment that proves the model.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How the five services work together, how engagements are scoped, and how we stay aligned to ISO 19650.

Which of the five services should I start with?

Most engagements combine two or more services. The fastest entry point is usually the bottleneck you can name today: documentation cycles point to Design and Delivery Automation, coordination disputes point to BIM/VDC, untraceable specifications point to Product Digitisation, buildability risk points to DfMA, and stalled digital products point to Digital Experience Systems. The X Framework Discover phase confirms the priority.

Can the services be bought separately or only as a bundle?

Each service can be engaged independently with a scoped statement of work. When two or more services overlap on a single programme, we offer integrated delivery so the same governed data model and information management baseline serves every workstream, in line with ISO 19650.

How are engagements scoped and priced?

We use three commercial models: fixed-scope project, on-demand monthly retainer, and product development with licensing and SLA. Pricing is grounded in agreed deliverables and a transparent hour estimate. Discovery is always the first phase and ends with a written scope, plan and ROI baseline.

Do you integrate with our existing software stack?

Yes. We work natively with Autodesk Revit, Rhino and Grasshopper, ShapeDiver, BIMobject, Autodesk Platform Services and standard PIM, DAM and BI tools. Custom integrations are built where the standard connectors fall short.

Is the output ISO 19650 aligned?

Yes. Information delivery, naming, classification and audit trails are designed in from day one. BEPs, information delivery plans and CDE configuration are produced as part of any BIM/VDC engagement, and automation pipelines respect the same governance.
